COOKING METHOD / CARA MEMASAK:
1. Place 2 filter bags (do not open bags) and garlic into boiling water for 30 minutes.
Masukkan 2 beg penapis (Jangan buka beg penapis dan bawang putih ke dalam air didih selama 30 minit.
2. Add meat, cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours.
Tambahkan daging, tutup dan laraskan api kepada sederhana dan reneh selama 1.5 jam.
3. Add soya sauce, oyster sauce and salt to taste.
Tambah sos kicap, sos tiram dan garam untuk perasa.
