COOKING METHOD / CARA MEMASAK:
1. Place 2 filter bags (do not open bags) and garlic into boiling water for 30 minutes.
Masukkan 2 bag penapis (jangan buka bungkusan) dan bawang putih ke dalam air mendidih selama 30 minit.
2. Add meat, cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours.
Tambah daging, tutup dan laraskan api kepada sederhana dan reneh selama 1.5 jam.
3. Add thick soy sauce and salt to taste.
Tambah kicap pekat dan garam untuk perasa.
